Aubrey Warren E RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, 500 Hour) has been teaching yoga for 20 years and meditation for 15, and this workshop is half information and half practical.

Expect to Learn:

  • The basic principles, benefits, and science of meditation
  • 3 different meditation techniques that can be practiced independently or all together.
  • The science behind each technique and how they can be used intentionally to help bring balance to the mind and nervous system.
  • Knowledge and tools to start your own daily meditation practice.

Please bring with you:

  • Something to write with.
  • Items for your comfort: Yoga Matt, Yoga Brick or Meditation Cushion
