Aubrey Warren E RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, 500 Hour) has been teaching yoga for 20 years and meditation for 15, and this workshop is half information and half practical.

- 3 different meditation techniques that can be practiced independently or all together.
- The science behind each technique and how they can be used intentionally to help bring balance to the mind and nervous system.
- Knowledge and tools to start your own daily meditation practice.
