Vinyasa Flow is a 60-minute class that will increase your flexibility, balance and strength. Vinyasa means movement. Your heart rate will rise. Through the combination of breath and movement, little space is left for thinking. Those with an active mind will love the inner stillness created by this synergy. Because of the flowing nature of class, the only prerequisite for this class is the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Modifications are given for beginners and advanced options are provided for experienced practitioners.
Learn to meditate! This 2.5-hour workshop breaks down the basic principles and benefits of mediation. However, the main intention is practical.
You will be introduced to 3 different meditation techniques and given time to practice each via guidance. Aquire enough knowledge to begin your own home practice.
Bring a water bottle, journal and pen. Dress comfy.
