Ever since I’ve taken your yoga class at middlelands the free living loving spirit you have has stuck with me. Even a year later after countless other yoga classes I still sit and reminisce about how your class was so empowering,mindful, animated and fun. I remember being a flower then a tree letting out my inner unicorn and letting go of all my inhibitions. I thank you again… I deeply hope to see you at a music festival in the future for another Absolutely amazing yoga and LIFE changing experience.
